With a passionate volunteer Greeter, discover Angers, a city with a rich architectural and botanical heritage where life is good. From the Plantagenet kings to King René of Angers and his fortress-castle then residence, we will share our pleasure of living here with its students and a lively cultural life. You can also admire the two tapestries, the Apocalypse Tapestry listed on the “Memory of the World” register and the Song of the World tapestry by Jean Lurçat.
Angers is a commune in western France, located on the Maine river in the Loire Valley. Prefecture of Maine-et-Loire, an attractive and young medium-sized city in the Pays de la Loire region.
