Saint-Nazaire is a commune in western France, in the Loire-Atlantique department in the Pays de la Loire region. The city is located in the Armorican Massif, on the Atlantic coast and at the mouth of the Loire. Saint-Nazaire, together with Nantes, forms an important economic hub, notably thanks to port infrastructures, but also through the industrial sector (aeronautical and naval construction).
